Job Description

Administration Officer 

Our client, a Firm engaged in logistics services, is looking for experienced and energetic individuals with the dedication and commitment, fitting the company's aspirations, ready to work as an Administration Officer. 

Your Key responsibilities Includes:

  • Knowledge of the federal laws and regulations relating to human resources

Management; Prepare vacancy announcement.

  • Replies to correspondence regarding employment inquiries, reviews applications for employment or promotion, and interviews job applicants and employees inquiring about promotion;

  • Informs job applicants, by telephone, letter, or e-mail, of their employment application status;

  • Prepare employees payroll related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.) and submit it to the finance department.

  • Maintains personnel files and updates their records. Implements termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and submits all relevant documentation to proper local authorities.

  • Prepares written reports for the general manager regarding personnel matters.

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to meet organizational needs

  • Interviewing job candidates to determine qualifications and personality traits and Participating in hiring decisions by providing input on candidates’ qualifications and recommending hiring decisions to upper management

  • Managing employee leave requests and absences through the use of an automated timekeeping system and other methods of record keeping

  • Reviewing employee performance evaluations and identifying training needs or disciplinary actions as necessary

  • Auditing departmental records such as employee attendance and performance appraisals to ensure compliance with company policies

  • Investigates and resolves employee grievances

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • B.A. in Business Management, Management or other related field.

  •  4+ years of experience  

  • Must have computer knowledge and Knowledge of labor law.

  • Good written and oral communication skill in English

  • passionate about providing quality  service for customers and Excellent in writing reports
