Essential Functions

• Responding to various simple maintenance requests

• Handle any emergency and necessary repairs.

• Perform functionality checks on HVAC, electrical systems and safety systems and respond to their complex issues in order to meet health and safety standards.

• The technician's responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

• Performing other related duties as deemed necessary

Place of Work: Head Office

Job Requirements

Qualification: - Diploma/Level IV in general Mechanics or related.

(COC is mandatory for level graduates)

Experience: - 3/Three years’ relevant experience as general technician or related.
