Job Summary

• The Senior, Alternate Channel Administrator Online is responsible for developing online in-house digital solutions/platforms and providing system support. In addition, the role holder is responsible for demonstrating the ability to interpret and articulate business needs and provide business solutions.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience

• At least five (5) years’ relevant experience

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.

• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

• Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
