Job Description
. Plans, organizes, Directs, Coordinates and controls the procurement activities of the Organization;
· Establish a work plan for the supply section, determine priorities and monitor work progress to ensure at area and branch office Establish a work plan for the supply
· Compile and analyses procurement needs of each departments;
· Review and ensure specifications of requirements and evaluation criteria are clear before launching the process;
· Review and evaluate prices of needed materials and services in the market periodically;
· Review and monitor status of Purchase Request and expected time of procurement;
· Prepare and follow-up the transportation of goods;
· Verify and inspect all incoming materials and equipment prior to receive and storage;
· Ensure effective utilization of warehouse, adequate suppliers of printing materials and office supplies and proper management of incoming and outgoing goods
· Prepare Daily Status report for each in and out materials of the Organization;
· Prepare weekly status report to the Human Resource Administration Head
· Prepare a physical inventory of Store stock monthly, quarterly and yearly;
· Make regular follow up of the purchasing process and ensure the arrival of procured items in accordance to the agreement;
· Ensure proper administration of new and existing buildings and foreclosure properties (like title indeed /Ownership, Rental agreements);
Other related tasks as required
· Bachelor’s Degree in procurement ,property Administration, or a related fields
Experience
· 2 years relevant work experience in related field
