Job Summary 

As an Engineering Coordinator/Secretary, you are responsible for handling office operation duties of the work units and tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. An  Engineering Coordinator/Secretary will also be required to assist Security  in Tracking AL and sick leaves, Raise MC and assist on following up purchasing order and Keep track of POMEC store spare parts,

Specifically You will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Compiling daily checklist for each POMEC position

  • Tracking of all issues reported via WA and operator and assign/direct duties to each engineer on shift + follow completion. Act as SYNNERGY system but manually,

  • Updating attendance in OASYS and Check attendance s per roster and assist on duty roster for full compliance,

  • Track AL and sick leaves accordingly, Raise MC and assist on following up purchasing order and Keep track of POMEC store spare parts,

  • Assist on Light Stay update and compliance, Assist Security team to ensure compliance,

  • Follow up and assist on service contract agreements and Update Fusion where needed,

  • Assist on implementation of Security Manual and help on ensuring training is delivered an tracked and Site Crisis Manual Update,

  • Report defective materials and equipment, Assist with special projects related to the Engineering Office and Security,

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Relevant Fields of study with three years hands on Experience,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

  • Excellent administration and IT skills,

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally,

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,

  • Ability to work under pressure
