Job Summary 

As Security Manager, you are responsible for the safety and security of all Guests, Team Members and contractors, and visitors while at the hotel. A  Security Manager is also responsible for the safety and security of the hotel premises:.

Specifically You will must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Oversee all security related matters in the hotel

• Advise Hotel Management on all security related issues

• Lead Security Team and development of Team Members

• Review, regularly, all policies, systems, and procedures, including emergency drills and bomb procedures,

• Drive continual improvement and enhancements to security standards,

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with external agencies including police, fire authorities, and other related services

• Coordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary,

• Organize patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms

• Ensure tours are carried out for the purpose of fire prevention, safe means of escape, and security & Prepare incident reports,

• Inquire as necessary into and report upon any thefts within the hotel using your discretion in connection with any of these matters that you deem should be reported to the police
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Police, Law or related fields of study

• Organized and systematic approach to problem solving,

• Minimum 5 Years Security industry experience in managerial capacity,

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
