Kimiya Telecom Company is a Safaricom Ethiopia Telecommunication distributor. We are  seeking to hire competent individuals who are excited to be one of the few pioneers of Safaricom Ethiopia. The current position to be filled is Direct Sales Agent (DSA) in Asko.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all set sales targets are achieved by outlet and route, i.e Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.

• Ensure that Coverage and numeric distribution targets are met.

• Ensure that Coverage and numeric distribution as per market segment.

• Ensure 100% adherence to Journey Plan.

• Ensure Safaricom Brand Visibility.

• Employ persuasion skills engage consumers and customers on Safaricom Goods and services.

• Drive ideas, initiatives and activities that will help grow the Kimiya Telecom and the Safaricom Brand.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and writing Amharic,

• Proficiency in Computer Basics, MS-Office Applications, the World Wide Web, E-mail

• Maintenance and Programming COC are Mandatory.

• Fluency in English is an added Advantage.
