We invite qualified applicant for the following vacant position:

Summary of duty & Responsibility

The position typically reports to the Project Manager responsible for relocation of property boundaries, layout of project limits, benchmarks, grids and survey controls of structures, checking and inspection of line and grade, mapping conduct various types of survey including topographic, hydrographic, triangulation and others.  Ensures that all equipment being used are operational and calibrated.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Prepare and support your department head to conducts topographic survey during design stage of construction of the project.

• Help your Office Engineer/Project Manager to establish vertical and horizontal control points at certain project land or site.

• Prepares the required computation of survey data to determine location and measurement of angles and distance and fixing points established in the land survey.

• Prepare for the computation of latitudes, departures and coordinates of such as tertiary stations and corners, bearing and distances between corners and area of lots by DMD method and submit to Project Manager for checking prior to established at site

• Prepare and coordinate the relocation and topographic survey of both smaller and extensive areas as required.

• Conduct and executes proper survey lay-out and staking the exact points and alignment of structures.

• Quantifies area and volume for earthworks cut and fill.

• Submit plans, profile and cross section to the (CAD) Computer Aided Design for billing attachment if necessary.

• Preparation of survey request and data for checking of elevation and alignment.

• Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Education:

• First Degree/Technical School Diploma in Surveying 

Work Experience :

• At least 5 years & above experience in Building or Road Project.

Computer Literate:

• Auto Cad  software knowledgeable

• Excel and word knowledgeable

• Surveying Software 

Language:

• Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
