We invite qualified applicant for the following vacant position:

Summary of duty & Responsibility

The position typically reports directly to the Project Manager. Directly responsible for the actual supervision of construction of civil / architectural /structural and earthworks.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Supervises actual construction of the work discipline assigned, such as Civil/Architectural and any other related discipline required for coordination and implementation.

• Assist foreman and other employees or personnel in technical aspect of works.

• Overseas proper implementation of plans.

• Prepares accomplishment report in daily weekly & Monthly basis to ensure your works done in accordance to the target schedule.

• Monitor manpower and equipment status at all times to ensure the progress of works accordingly.

• Observes and maintain safety procedures on site at all times.

• Prepares manpower distribution as per site activities within his/her scope of works

• Prepares and implement project schedule and material take – off as required by the project.

• Supervises execution of daily works/Sub-Contractor activities and ensure within the plan and specification.

• Prepare periodic works schedule and site works weekly activities to monitor your daily accomplishment.

• Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Education:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering/COTM 

Work Experience :

• At least 3 years or above experience in construction.

License:

• Civil Engineer Grade - II 

Computer Literate:

• Auto Cad  software knowledgeable

• Excel and word knowledgeable

• MS-Project

Language:

• Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
