MEPO Contracting & Management Services PLC is a member Company of MIDROC INVESTMENT GROUP and established in December 2008 by the renowned investor Sheik Mohammed H. Ali Al-Amoudi. The Company has been engaged in the supply of construction materials, rental of construction equipment & construction of buildings. 

We invite qualified applicant for the following vacant position:

Summary of duty & Responsibility

The Project Manager (PM) is the leader of the Project Team and his/her role is to ensure that the project is completed within the time, budget constraints consistent with quality and safety.  To be successful, the manager must achieve the end result despite the risk and problems involved.  He must execute the required tasks in a logical sequence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops planning focused on the work schedule to be done.

  • Establishes the project objectives and goals early and ensure everyone knows what is required of him to avoid misjudgment of works.

  • Involves all concerned managers and staff in the planning, estimating and implementing process and keep and the project budget in balance.

  • Establish clear and well – defined milestone so that all concerned discipline will know what exactly is to be accomplished and when is it going to be completed (time table).

  • Build adequate contingencies into the plan to provide a reserve in schedule in case problem in the future arise.

  • Reprograms or re-plans the project when necessary with proper guidance together the Construction Director or General Manager.

  • Documents any changes in the project and prepares the agreement with the concerned parties in relation to the concerned revisions.

  • Disseminates the project plan to clarify individual responsibilities, schedules and budgets.

  • Implements plan with 100% accuracy, consistency & quality.

  • Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.

  • It is your responsibility to keep the Project in balance.

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Education:                

  • MSC/BSC degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or in a related field

Work Experience :

  • At least 6 years or above experience & 2 years as PM

License:

  • Grade - V/P.P.E

Computer Literate:

  • Auto Cad  software knowledgeable

  • Excel and word knowledgeable

  • MS-Project

Language:

  • Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
