Job Description:

• Ensure all purchased equipment for digital implementation are configured, installed all the required software are appropriately installed and functional,

• Ensure World Vision Data Protection and Data privacy policies are in adherence for the existing platforms and new innovations for cash-based programming

• Supervise LMMS field level data collectors and enumerators in field implementation including rooming server data management and protection

• Coordinate field activities with the field ICT department to ensure the ground implementation is supported through the applied technologies of ICT

• Capacitate the community facilitators, staffs under his/her supervision, and contracted Bank staffs with the basic knowledge of LMMS, Kobo Toolkit and other platforms to support the registration and distribution process and data management.

• Prepare reports as per set schedules (monthly, quarterly and annually) on the projects supported by LMMS related with number of registered people, people received assistance, and any other related reports collected from the system and from the ground implementation

Job Requirements

• Required Professional Experience: Experience in implementation Last Miles Mobile Solution, Kobo Toolkit, CCTS, and other digital platforms for of Cash and other humanitarian intervention (Food, shelter, NFIs, and others). Humanitarian field experience with substantial exposure to aid agencies’ commodity and aid assistance business processes under chronic and rapid emergency contexts.

   At least three 3 years’ proven experience implementation of digital platforms in cash and voucher-based program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Working with FSPs, and private sectors.

• Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification: University Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Social/Natural Sciences with IT skills.

  Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in cash transfer or cash voucher related program, Livelihoods program, and grant management that implement digital platforms for beneficiary registration, data management and digital distribution of in-kind, food, and Cash

  Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications: Ability to provide support, training and coaching to staff, FSP and Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with ability to express ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively with senior internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge on the managing and set up digital platforms such as LMMS, Kobo Toolkit, CCTS, and deploy to the field where cash, food, NFIs interventions are implementing and experience in fragile contexts. Knowledge on international humanitarian standards such as Red Cross / Crescent code of conduct, Sphere Standard, HAP standard, National Targeting Guideline on food assistance and experience and knowledge of managing USAID, and other donors funded projects is required.

• Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement: This position requires regular travel between  AP to the Kebeles and village based travel

• Language Requirements: English Ability to communicate well in English (verbal and written) – particularly in a crisis situation. Knowledge of Somali language is an asset.
