Job Description:

• We need highly motivated video production assistance with the ability to monitor the overall video production activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Helping prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.

• Assisting costume designers, directors, camera people and other crew members

• Printing and distributing daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets)

• Escort actors around the filming area and coordinate extras

• Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)

• Facilitate and supervise solicitation and delivery process of video shoots, behind the scenes

• The Production Assistant will curate and edit multiple video objects on a daily basis

• Manage our in house studio schedule between photography and video shoots

• Pull and pack all equipment for video shoots

• Archive, organize, log and manage assets

• Assist in video shoots

• Assist in building in-engine scenes and screenshots

• Strong organization skills and communication skills a necessity the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and follow-through skills. 

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good English Proficiency (Reading and Writing).

• Proven experience as camera operator will be an added advantage and a huge plus

• Must be able to keep up with the project deadline
