Ensures the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors with a minimum brand standard.
Check, cleans and maintains operating equipment all the time.
Works towards achieving the customer satisfaction scores set for the department
Checks and verifies room status report.
Reports room defects.
Reports lost and damaged items.
Cleans and make-up guest rooms.
Empties soiled linen.
Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet.
Maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

Job Requirements
High school/College completed and ideally with a relevant certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Good customer service,
communications and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 years of work experience in hotel operation
Good hygiene knowledge
The ability to work with team
