• Ensures the cleanliness of the hotel’s guest rooms and floors with a minimum brand standard.

• Check, cleans and maintains operating equipment all the time.

• Works towards achieving the customer satisfaction scores set for the department

• Checks and verifies room status report.

• Reports room defects.

• Reports lost and damaged items.

• Cleans and make-up guest rooms.

• Empties soiled linen.

• Cleans and tidies pantry and toilet.

• Maintains the cleanliness of corridors and surrounding back areas

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships

Job Requirements

• High school/College completed and ideally with a relevant certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management

• Good customer service,

• communications and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in hotel operation

• Good hygiene knowledge

• The ability to work with team
