We're currently in search of a passionate General Manager to lead our
team. We're looking for someone who's energetic, extremely hands-on,
and can multitask with the best of them, a people magnet, a genius at
anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important,
someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and
team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests
have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations

• Design strategy and set goals for growth

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• Set policies and processes

• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

• Direct the employee assessment process

• Prepare regular reports for upper management

• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, loss of business to competitors)

Job Requirements

Qualification and skills

• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSC/MA is a plus

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 5 years progressive Food & Beverage work experience and minimum of 3 years managing team, in a high-volume, upscale environment.

• Experience in planning and budgeting

• Knowledge of business process procurement, operations etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of English language with well-spoken manner.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude
