Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing and supporting the Digital Banking systems of the Bank under the IT department

  2. Coordinate and lead the activities of the division

  3. Ensure the availability and support of the systems from the IT side

  4. Manage and monitor system service and make sure service run smoothly

  5. Communicate with external support vendors to address any issue

  6. Implement the updated versions of software

  7. Provide training to support staff on Digital Banking related system products and services

  8. Define and document system test plans for user acceptance testing and regression testing deliverables  

  9. Create or update documentation related to the activity performed (design document, maintenance procedure) respecting digital banking systems

  10. Take ownership of the team performance, lead and develop staff under supervision

  11. Troubleshot and resolve any issue related to digital payment systems

  12. Provide support to end user and relevant team

  13.  Well understand about SWIFT message and ISO message so as to provide support to users’ query

  14. Well understand both local and international payment system (CSS, VISA, Master, …) so as to provide support to users’ query

  15. Research new feature/technology related to SWIFT system, other payment and digital systems

  16. Provide support for other project initiatives, when requested by management, to manage and/or participate in these project initiatives in line with the Bank’s strategic plans

  17. Develop business case for critical system changes

  18. Participate in the organization and planning of development resources and schedules

  19. Keep improving web service/APIs skill to support the Bank’s growth

  20. develop and implement policies and procedures related to the Bank’s Digital systems operation and support

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Education and training

MSc/MA/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields of studies

Experience

7 to 9 years of relevant work experience in Digital Banking systems implementation and support out of which 3 years at a senior position with

  • Experience with SWIFT Alliance line of product

  • Well understand about SWIFT message and ISO message

  • Well understand both local and international payment system (CSS, VISA, Master, …)

  • Implementation and management experience of digital and payment systems Software

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing banking applications management processes

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Technical and Behavioral competencies like

  • Decision Making, Communication etc.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication abilities

  • Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
