Role Summary

He/she will carry out the updating of electrical drawings, P&ID drawings, compound layouts, calibration, and equipment manual archiving and closely follow the planning of Preventive maintenance.
He/she will gather all the audit information/report to follow actions done on the different factories
He/she will ensure the spare part available for the different tasks to be taken on the different equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and automation machine audits.

• Update and archive equipment manuals.

• Update technical drawings and automation upgrades of plant layout and equipment.

• Gather and organize preventive maintenance tasks from the manufacturer's manual and adapt it to the company standard.

• Follow the plant is operated according to the suppliers’ instructions and manuals.

• Follow the plant is effectively maintained and planned maintenance is applied.

• Follow workshop maintenance and repair working instructions are being applied.

• Follow safety regulations that are correctly applied.

• Follow proper uses of tools, equipment, and fixed assets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Electrical/ Electromechanical

• Engineering: 1 years of experience

• Team Work

• Being flexible in changing circumstances and diverse situations

• Smooth running of machines

• Spare part availability

• Machine knowhow

• Up-to-date documents, procedures, memos

• Organization skill

• Management skill

• Safeguard of the company asset
