Job Description
Major duties and responsibilities
Strive for the achievement of the company’s goals, objective and mission by showing entrepreneur quality. Follow company’s sales policy and internal procedures, follow and control the daily activities of the export section, follow the Certification, documentation process and recruit potential agents. Make regular market visit and make sure that the company’s product have proper market share and coverage.
Detail duties and responsibilities
Prepare export market assessment survey
Prepare export manual.
Prepare sales contract
Assign potential agents for different destination.
Make regular market visit to potential market destination
make sure all POP & POS materials are available
Aggressively engage in using promotional materials and conduct appropriate market activation activities.
Apply all marketing tools to get a better share of the market
Facilitate and secure contact registration at NBE
Contact clients receive order and agree on possible terms.
Facilitate sample checking and other verifications by clients
Receive client’s confirmation & specifications and forward it to Marketing & Sales manager
Receive client shipping instruction and prepare necessary documentation
prepare export permit request, produce shipping instruction and commercial invoice.
Exchange bank details with clients receive shipping instruction and draft LC
Process quality and other related certification.
Receive and confirm BOL with the shipping line
Submit documents to the bank
Follow up and make sure the bank sends document to the buyer’s bank
File document properly for further reference.
Perform other activities assigned by the Marketing & Sales manager.
Qualification
BA Degree, in Marketing management, Accounting, Business Management, Management or related field of study.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of direct experience as senior Export officer
Other Requirements
Good time management,
Strong verbal and communication skills,
Skill in Microsoft Office and Excel.
