Job Summary

A Food Microbiologist is responsible for ensuring quality of food products through microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, shelf-life samples, and market complaint samples through microbiological procedures such as sampling, preparing culture media, sterilization of culture media. Food and monitoring food safety and hygiene system.

Training

Food Safety Standards and Regulations (as per FSMS 22000:2018), Microbiological analysis procedures for food products, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), GMP and HACCP.

• Good in Amharic and English (Speaking and writing), analytically strong (problem solving), strong communication skills

•  BSC in Biology, only

Experience
