 Job Summary

An admin and finance director is responsible for the Hr and administration, financial, material management, and information system management operations. The duties of an ADMIN AND FINANCE DIRECTOR include long-term strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks to team and managing over all administrative and finance system. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage company’s activities to achieve standards Hr and administration, financial, material management, and information system management and social performance, quality and legislative adherence.

  • Design strategy and set goals for growth and development of the company with its administration team.

  • Supervises the day to day operations of the company based on the established policies and guidelines.

  • Supervise all functional areas of technology including software design and development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance and testing, production operations and technical support, network and systems administration, and information security management. 

  • Design long and short term goals and strategies of the company and presents to the DCEO; make continuous follow up of their implementation after approval.

  • Creates active administration by developing specific operational policies and procedures which are consistent with policies and directives issued by DCEO.

  • Develops and installs organizational system, which helps in achievement of business targets and professional development of workers.

  • Facilitates the preparation of the company’s annual budget and presents it to the dceo for approval.

  • Design strategy for the continuous improvement, growth, and expansion of the company.

  • Ensures the accounting & internal control are performed in accordance with financial policy of the company; all company properties are registered; periodic counts are performed & reports are produced; annual financial statements are produced.

  • Prepare regular periodical reports submits to the DCEO on the overall administrative operations of the company; and

  • Undertakes any other activities assigned by the DCEO  

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree in organizational management or related field.  

Experience

  • 10 years of experience in the capacity of management and leadership capacity 

Skills and Competencies

  • Having strong strategic management knowledge.

  • Self-motivated and highly organized,

  • Detail oriented.

  • Having strong team leader and team player skills.

  • Having good facilitation, communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent negotiation skills
