Minab IT solutions PLC (HaHuJobs TM) is interested in hiring qualified research field team members including Supervisor(1) to conduct a follow-up phone call survey(High-frequency phone calls) for the ‘Information Frictions in Ethiopian Labor Markets’ project in the next 4 months.

Overall, the project seeks to study the impact of effective labor market intermediation and employment services that can reduce the costs of information exchange between employers and job seekers.

Positions Tasks:

• The supervisor will assign a daily Job for each enumerator

• Ensure availability of all working materials, advise the enumerators on problems encountered in the work

• Review and verify the quality of each enumerator

• Dispense and keep track of tablets and technology equipment, organize any field equipment, document

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or in a related field

• At least 5 years of related work experience

Other Skill Requirements

• Data collection experience using SurveyCTO

• Good digital and computer literacy
