Minab IT solutions PLC (HaHuJobs TM) is interested in hiring qualified research field team members including Field Enumerator(1) to conduct a follow-up phone call survey(High-frequency phone calls) for the ‘Information Frictions in Ethiopian Labor Markets’ project in the next 4 months.

Overall, the project seeks to study the impact of effective labor market intermediation and employment services that can reduce the costs of information exchange between employers and job seekers.

Positions Tasks:

Acquire all permissions necessary, including relevant permissions from provincial and/or local authorities if needed

Ensuring the field work progress and quality according the to the research protocol

Ensuring high response rate in order to minimize the risk of attrition and unsuccessful call attempts, including back-up plans, such as in-person tracking when applicable, in case of low participation

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or in a related field

• At least 10 years of work experience in a related field

Other Skill Requirements

• Data collection experience using SurveyCTO

• Good digital and computer literacy
