Public relations officers represent a company or organization to stakeholders and the public. They use communications strategies to promote an understanding of the activities and image of their clients in a favorable way.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Public Relations Senior expert is responsible for public relations, organizes exhibitions and events, develops and produces promotional materials and graphic designs of varied documents.

• Initiates and proposes exhibitions, promotional events, meetings and assist in the implementation process. Writes scripts of high professional standards and articles for documentary videos and advertisements.

• Follow-up activities of the Gift Group Company and prepare news, commentaries and articles for  publications.

• Prepares questions and conducts interviews for publications.

• Translates document form Amharic to English vice versa.

• Coordinates the internal circulation of publications, i,e. local newspapers and international business/ professional magazines etc..,follow-up and report/ advice on opinions when required.

• Assist in editing and designing brochures and promotional publications for Gift  Group company

Job Requirements

Must have BA degree in Languages, literature, journalism ,communication or other related field of studies with the minimum of six(6) years and above  relevant working experience preferably in corporate structure companies.
