Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage network servers and technology tools

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

• Troubleshoot issues and outages

• They may acquire, install, or upgrade computer components and software; automate routine tasks; write computer programs; troubleshoot; train and supervise staff; and provide technical support.

• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
