Job Summary

• The jobholder provides the daily and after office hours operation in support of the Cloud and Core and ensure that core system operates accordance with established policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems Or Software Engineering or Related Fields

• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications will have added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency

• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.

• Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

• Extensive experience in systems and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting and lifecycle planning focused on business requirements.

• Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.

• Experience in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.

• Experience with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
