Position: Waiter/ Waitress
Job Summary

Waiter/ Waitress is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

Duties:
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills and team spirit

Job Requirement
• BA degree or Diploma in Hotel management, Hotel Operations or F&B Service with good communication skills Relevant work experience
• at least 2 years relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Flexibility to work in shifts
