Job Description

Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organization run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organize and service meetings, and manage databases.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in secretarial science & Office Management

Minimum of 5 years related work experience

Age 25 - 35

Good commanding skill in English

Good Computer skill
