Job Description
Responsibilities
Preparing formal letters for government offices both in English and Amharic
Following up company necessities: annual renewal of licenses, managing case handlers while they are dealing with Immigration, Investment Commission, National Bank, etc
Handling petty cash, updating and reconciling the petty cash register/books daily.
Handling administrative requests and queries
Organizing and scheduling appointments, Planning meetings
Support in facilitating accounts payable, travel requests, office supplies and stationery, general ledger, audits, monthly closings; and entering, updating, and running reports.
Facilitates the procurement and proper management of required supplies, materials, and equipment required for the project
Any other relevant activities or duties as deemed by her/his supervisor
Education: Degree in Business fields.
Experiences: minimum 2 years of progressive work experience in office administration, accounting, and financial management (a support letter from a previous organization is a must)
Must be very fluent in English comprehension (writing) because Reports are written in English
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas to a variety of audiences.
Possess good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook,
Active and demonstrated ability to deal with government offices both from the office and in person
Good communication skills
