Operations Managers plan, oversee and coordinate the daily operations of production of goods and provision of services. They also formulate and implement company policies and plan the use of human resources and materials.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BSc/BA or MSc/MA or Phd in Agricultural Mechanization, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and other related fields
Work Experience: Minimum of 14/12/8 years of relevant experience out of which 5 years’ service in Industries as a manager or Senior Supervisor
Language: Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English
