Scope of Responsibility
Provide leadership and coordination to all Haile Hotels and Resorts Human Resource functions. Develop and implement comprehensive Corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. Oversee all aspects of human resource department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Implement strategic employee recruitment and selection plan.
Oversee company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
Recommend and establish company policies and procedures.
Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to employee benefit programs.
Coordinate the administration and completeness of employment contracts and other documents.
Develop and coordinate grievances and resolve workplace disputes and conflicts.
Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
Work with business unit department managers and corporate staff .
Devise and establish mechanisms that ensure company product and service integrity and quality control including but not limited to involving the third party to test business units anonymously
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff at the property Level.
Coordinate and execute the production and distribution of uniforms, name tags, and other necessary tools to guard the Haile Hotels and Resorts brand in the attire of employee
Follow-up on the yearly pieces of training is conducted based on the yearly calendar
Manage all properties General Services (Security, Gardening, ..)
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of training processes.
Ability to moderate large groups.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Major Essential Qualifications
BA Degree in Management / Business Administration or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience preferably in the Hospitality sector
Have an experience in Management or supervision level
Computer literate and fluent in speaking & writing skills of the English language
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
