Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing strong relationships with Merchants,
Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
Account Managers also answer Merchants queries and identify new business opportunities and leads among existing Merchants.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Business Development) to improve the entire customer experience.
This position requires off office trip.
Job Requirements
Background in Marketing, Sales or in a related field
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
