Job Description
Senior Human Resource Officer Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee' work results by scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. Delivers all aspects of HR services and provide regular reports of HR department's performance.
Job Requirements
MBA/BA in HRM, Management, Public Administration
Related Work Experience6 to 8 years of related work experience
Experience of working in Building, road Construction and Water Works is only acceptable
Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is advantageous
