Job Description

Hospitality establishment receptionists provide first point of contact and assistance to the guests of a hospitality establishment

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • They are responsible for taking bookings, processing payments and giving information.

  • Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.

  • Manage guest bookings and reservations.

  • Respond to all guest questions and requests.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Front Office or Hotel Management or any related filed.

  • Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*)

  • Having the critical competencies for FO Agent position

  • Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous

  • Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of opera system, Teamwork and diversity relation
