Hospitality establishment receptionists provide first point of contact and assistance to the guests of a hospitality establishment

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • They are also responsible for taking bookings, processing payments and giving information.

Qualification

  • BA/ Diploma/ Degree Hotel Management or any related filed.

  • Having two and more than years’ work experience in hotel industry spa Dep’t

  • Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous

  • Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of opera system, Teamwork and diversity relation
