Customer Service Officer deal most frequently with customers of the bank. They promote the banks products and services, and provide information about the customers personal accounts and related transfers, deposits, savings etc

• Maintains account opening register books

•   Takes the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents

• Checks and counter signs tickets and negotiable instruments. Handles international money transfers like Western union

• Ensures that accounts are opened properly, and the necessary details are put into the system properly

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields with in 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a CSO.
