• Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions;

• Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements;

• Maintaining and upgrading the automation database system for the smoothening and optimizing the production process;

• Automate in-house engineering system including project specification, hardware configuration, function description and programming.

• Follow both technical (software and hardware) and architecture in the food industry area.

• Provide technical support and training to customer

• Follow-up service activities and update customer information including contracts and amendments;

• Support the production team in the conversion of technical requirements for new product developments and implementation processes;

• Maintain the operational output plan and work towards the reduction of operational losses including the changeover schedule;

• Assess required software or automation modifications and execute for efficient performance

• Assigns work according to the technician development plan, assists and ensures the quality of work delivered

• Controls maintenance activities, prioritizes work and organizes/ mobilizes resources to overcome problems in day-to-day operations

• Optimizes maintenance processes and speeds them up by delegating accountable personnel;

• Continuously collaborates with all stakeholders and seeks ways to improve maintenance service/s;

• Assess, train and/or organize training for electricians, shift technicians, and machine operators as required;

• Communicate in-process information and shift change ahead for better planning;

• Organize safe and effective start-up and shut down of the beverage machine in case of power disruptions;

• Performs other duties as assigned

Educational Background and Work Experience

• Bachelor s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or related fields.

• 8+ years of related experience with different machine programming & commissioning
