Job Description
The Customer Service Officer handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer
