Job Description
A Junior Customer Service Representative handles customers face-to-face or through phone, chat, or mail. They interact with clients to handle their complaints, requests, or other concerns. They may be able to help with the customer, but they may also refer them to a supervisor if needed.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Banking, and Finance or in related business fields.
CGPA: 3.25 and above
Experience: No prior experience is required (Shall sit for competency test)
Only Graduates of 2022
Place of work: Branches in Addis Ababa.
Salary: As per the bank's salary scale
