RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be a part of a well-trained & technically sound team.

• Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization fieldn and industry.

• Explore new technologies (both hardware and software) to expand our services, improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new rendering  engines, pipelines and assets, as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality.

 Pre-production

• Communicate with the clients and/or creative director to understand the concept and requirements of a project.

Production

• Modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with architects and third parties when required.

• Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.

• Work on architectural 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visuals and walk-through projects.

• Create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior, landscape visual and animation using Vray/corona renderer.

• Create 3d walk-through & fly-through animation.

• Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

• produce working drawings and specifications for the finalized design and prepare an implementation document.

 Post production 

• Well knowledge and brilliant eye for detail in Post-Production to enhancing visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, Lightroom, and other special effects software.

• Edit and fine tune the animation sequence and insure that the final product meets the project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, or equivalent preferred or combination of education and relevant experience.

•  Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD Drawings.

• 3DS Max, V-Ray and Photoshop.....and other pre and post production softwares/tools.

• A deep passion for visual narrative

• Excellent detail orientation with demonstrated ability to retain and act on detailed direction.

• Must be creative and have an eye for aesthetics and details.

•  Able to manage and prioritise tasks time efficiently, demonstrating project management

Work experience

• Three years’ experience

 skills to potentially coordinate multiple projects.

• Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline oriented environment.

• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear concise manner and can understand and follow directions.

• Ability to work well with a team and willingness to take initiative and work independently
