Job Description
Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently our company needs dedicated and motivated candidates.
Major duties and responsibilities
Strive for the achievement of the company’s goals, objective and mission by showing interpruenar quality. Follow company’s sales policy and internal procedures, follow and control the daily activities of the brand. Make regular market visit and make sure that the company’s product has proper market share and coverage.
Detail duties and responsibilities
Manage and guide the daily branding of the product
Make sure that each marketing activity complies with the company’s internal policy.
Plan and execute all marketing activities of the company
Follow up the Daily marketing activity, lead and measure daily accomplishments.
Make regular market visit, asses the demand gap in the market, gather information about competitor’s product design, pricing and related marketing activities.
Read and analyze key performance indicator (KPI) in the market and report to the main office.
Make sure that daily marketing activities are complying with marketing budget.
Prepare weekly performance & activity report.
Prepare proper customer data base to identify companies’ customer base and market share.
Make sure all designated area has proper product coverage.
Use company assets and equipment in responsible manner.
Performs other activities assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Requirements
Qualification requirements
BA Degree in Marketing Management or social science field of study.
Minimum 6 of Six years of experience in related filed of which three years as Category Brand Manager/Marketing Manager
