The Account Executive is responsible for managing in-house sales and service delivery and in-house sales Account . The position holder is responsible for communicating with clients regarding posting services, managing the in-house sales client, redirecting clients' needs to other units as identified, following up on payment with the Finance department, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the service.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-house sales and service delivery Management
Being the point of contact for Clients in house sales and services delivery and building and maintaining a long-term relationship with clients
Support existing clients on issues regarding posting, package, and access to the website.
Ensuring Clients posting services have been delivered on time and ensuring the quality of the service.
Monitoring and tracking the usage of the product and updating the database and Client on the package.
Interact and coordinate with the service team and other IMS staff members and departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Bolstering the existing clients on enhancing their usage of the package.
Managing and solving problems occurring with Ethiojobs service.
Analyze and track in house sales data of the assigned Client and provided a report to Client Relation Team Leader.
Facilitating and delivering training to Clients.
Recording and updating Client engagement daily activities.
Following Payment
Coordinating and facilitating the payment of service with the Finance team.
Report
Developing and communicating timely reports to the Client Relation Team Leader
Team Collaboration
Assisting the Management Trainee and Account associate
Facilitating and coordinating with the outdoor sales team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Education & Experience
BA in Marketing, Management and other relevant filed
At least 2-3 years of experience of working as Account Executive, Sales, Marketing and related position.
Experience working in Business to Business, Perfareable
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
