Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for the Payment and handling of all company Government Taxes in Addis Ababa and Regions, monthly Vehicle Rent payments & monthly Office rent payments, Bank Reconciliation and Maintain Accurate Financial Records etc.,

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up Payments of all Company’s  Government Taxes in Addis Ababa and Regions

• Collect and organize all Company tax payment bank slips according to the tax paid amount in Addis Ababa and Regional Offices

• Prepare monthly government tax according to the documents and follow  the ordered payment of bank and Government bill slips

• Collect all Company’s  tax Receipts from Regional Offices

• Reconcile Tax with company ledger

• Follow up monthly office Rent, Car Rent and Other monthly company Payments  

• Maintain accurate Financial Records

• Complete  daily accounting tasks and reconciling accounts

Qualification

• BA in Accounting

Experience

• 2 years Relevant Work Experience

Additional Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Peachtree ,Microsoft office software Knowledge
