The Company is registered in Addis Ababa city administration. Koisha Tour and Car Rental is looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The following are the duties and the responsibilities of Junior Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities of Junior Accountant

• Knowledge and master of accounting principles, procedures and standards are required

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

• Assist with reviewing of expenses.

• Collect accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Check prepare do payment through cash ,cheque, bank transfer

• Keep detail documentation of expense (invoice, receipts..) and financial movements.

• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

• Ensure the settlement of monthly government obligation every month.

• Collect bank statement and prepare monthly bank cash and JV reconciliation.

• Keep and manage petty cash. 

• Assist Financial Teams

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills

• BA in accounting, finance or relevant field with 0-1year experience

• Great attention to detail transactions

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

• Excellent knowledge Peachtree software

• Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
