Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing personalized support for other employees in their office.
They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments
Organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in secretarial science & Office Management
Experience: Minimum of 5 years related work experience
Age 25 – 35
Good Computer skill
