Job Description
The Administrative Assistant answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service.
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
