Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager builds and maintains profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification requirement: MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of studies

  • Work experience: A minimum of 5/7 years of relevant work experience in the Banking Industry. The ability to listen, Speak, Read& write ‘Afaan Oromo. English and Amharic Languages are Mandatory.
