A Human Resources (HR) Assistant is a professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees
Maintaining employees’ records
Conduct new hire orientation, assist with the recruitment
Registration of new employees
Data management and organize employees’ files
Assist with exit process for departing employees
Assist with interview and training
Bachelor Degree in any field of fields with relevant work experience
1 year proven Human Resource Assistance experience.
Mostly in Excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft power point
