Ability in managing employee Pension and Insurance inclusion, salary change and exclusion
Excellent skill in major HR functions
Excellent follow-up skill in employees leave schedule, attendance control & disciplinary issues
Ability to maintain accurate employees' records
Effective Communication & writing skill both in Amharic and English
Computer literate
Ability to work as a team
