Job Description

Customer Relationship Officer job is Collecting and reporting clients` detail information. Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients. Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) and business places of the clients. Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment.

Position : Customer Relationship Officer

  • Collecting and reporting clients` detail information. Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients. Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) and business places of the clients. Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with relevant work experience

  • 1 Year as Jr customer relation officer
