International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers on the African continent. ICL opened its door for service in 2004 with the aim of “contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of life throughout Ethiopia” by encompassing a system of human and physical resources designed to meet the changing healthcare needs of the population it serves.

It is the only laboratory accredited by the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI) five times in a row. The laboratory provides more than 3000 tests in collaboration with its referral laboratories.

ICL would like to fill the following vacant positions under the Customer Service Section by inviting all qualified and competent applicants:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as a focal point between credit clients and ICL

• Facilitating monthly service payment collection and promptly transferring any payment slips received from clients.

• Troubleshoot any extended problems that may arise between ICL and account clinics.

• Visiting each client with schedules and preparing a report.

• Presenting weekly sales figures and preparing monthly sales figures and an operation report.

• Follow up of general clients' service to monitor the level of service performed

• Reporting and giving updates to the Section Manager and Department Director

• Performing additional jobs ordered by the Section Manager and Director

Terms of employment: permanent, after successful completion of a probation period.

Duty station: At ICL main office in Addis Ababa, but will have frequent movement or visit to different region.                                                        

Reports to፡ Clients Relations Manager

Required: One (1)               

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Diploma and above in Medical Laboratory Technology or in any health profession

• COC Certified

• Minimum of one year related work experience is needed.

Skills:

• Computer literate

• Proved communication skill

• Capable of working in coordination

• Experience on customer handling will be advantageous
