Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organization running smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organize and service meetings, and manage databases.
BA Degree/Diploma graduate in Management or Secretarial Science & Office Management or related field of study.
Minimum of 1/2 years experience for Degree and Diploma graduates in respective order.
Basic computer application skill, Human skill, report writing skill, record management skill, trained in customer handling
